When you use our enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide: the type of enquiry (trade, general or press), your name and email address, and, optionally, your business or venue, your role, your venue type and your message.

The form also submits technical values used to prevent duplicate and automated submissions. These are not included in the enquiry we receive.

Purpose

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss prospective trade, press or other business relationships with Seven Scots.

How Enquiries Are Handled

When you submit the form, your enquiry is sent to Seven Scots by email using Resend, an email delivery service. The email address you provide is set as the reply address so that we can respond to you directly. This website does not store enquiries in its own database, but copies of your enquiry may be held in our email systems and in records kept by the providers that deliver our email and host this website.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure.

Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. Enquiry information is processed by the service providers that deliver our email and host this website, as described above.
